The property is located in an amazing plot of land with 180 degrees sea views. The owners are a family of six people, that has been moving from different countries through the last 25 years and had found this place to enjoy quality time and settle down. The total building has a 770sqm surface.

   The house needed to be comfortable enough to be occupied throughout the year. It must be functional and at the same time, easy to use and welcoming. The house has an open plan living space with the kitchen being the focus point of the property. The main target has been to have the views to the sea as much as possible from almost every space of the house. The main house has a large basement with cinema room, sauna, gym, entertainment space, and a garage with lots of storage for mechanics and diving equipment.

   The idea was to find balance in between functionality and comfort, personalizing each space with their own preferences but keeping a unified scheme of decoration, modern and colonial style.
